Individuals will receive half of the incentive upon being hired, with the remaining half paid upon successful completion of a probationary period. Current Openings
Police IT Project Manager
- Must be able to manage software, network, hardware projects, and service delivery
- Must be able to analyze business processes to identify technology solutions
- Must execute competitive analysis and evaluation and coordinating technology procurement processes
- Shall develop, track, review, and manage project plans (includes scope, requirements, tasks, costs, schedules, quality, risks, issues)
- Reports and presents to various audiences and stakeholders from project teams to executive level staff
- Services as main point of contact for projects with multiple stakeholders
- Develops, executes, and manages communication, testing, training, QA, system support and maintenance and system governance
- Facilitates technology planning for business area
- Acts as liaison between business unit and IT

- Educate the public on compliance in area of assignment
- Investigate minor accidents, misdemeanor criminal violations
- Write reports, complete forms, and issue civil citations
- Utilize manual and mechanical traffic direction devices
- Walk around and navigate traffic collision sites and crime scenes
- Transport impounded items of evidence from crime scenes
- Frequently enter, exit, and drive departmental vehicles
- Provide motorists assistance, such as changing tires, jumpstarting vehicles, etc.
- Work in extreme weather conditions, such as, rain, heat, and cold
- Participate in training environments to increase personal protection and assault avoidance
- Willingly perform other duties as assigned
- Educate the public on compliance in area of assignment
