This full-time leadership role is pivotal in safeguarding our city’s digital assets and driving our cybersecurity strategy. The CISO will work closely with department leadership, managing the Information Security Division’s operations, including fiscal oversight, personnel management, and strategic policy development. We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic leader with a enterprise information security background to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, communication, and collaboration within a government setting. As the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of cybersecurity strategy, policies and procedures, compliance with relevant regulations, risk management, and incident response, supervising, managing, and leading the operations, of the Information Security Division.

Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. Our new IT Enterprise Data Architect will provide the vision and strategy for the city’s enterprise data analytics program while partnering with the application managers and business leaders to understand the evolving requirements. The best candidate will have a strong technical acumen of data warehouse/data lake implementations, experience delivering standards and procedures as well as strong leadership, short and long term planning, and project management skills.
