Police IT Project Manager

The City of Chandler Police Department, Office of the Chief, is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as the Police IT Project Manager. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; and is competently able to do the following when assigned to the Chandler Police Department:

Must be able to manage software, network, hardware projects, and service delivery.
Must be able to analyze business processes to identify technology solutions.
Must execute competitive analysis and evaluation and coordinating technology procurement processes.
Shall develop, track, review, and manage project plans (includes scope, requirements, tasks, costs, schedules, quality, risks, issues).
Reports and presents to various audiences and stakeholders from project teams to executive level staff.
Services as main point of contact for projects with multiple stakeholders.
Develops, executes, and manages communication, testing, training, QA, system support and maintenance and system governance.
Facilitates technology planning for business area.
Acts as liaison between business unit and IT.
