Ambulance Transportation Manager
The City of Chandler Fire Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as an Ambulance Transportation Manager. Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone to manage and coordinate the Ambulance Transportation Program, including oversight of program revenue, performance measures, quality assurance for medical billing, and ambulance-specific regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local levels.

EMS Senior Program Manager
The City of Chandler Fire Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as an EMS Senior Program Manager. Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can effectively organize and prioritize work, and who is dependable, reliable, and responsible. The primary function of an employee in this classification is to perform a variety of complex and highly responsible professional duties related to planning, developing, teaching, and administering the Chandler Fire Department’s Paramedic and EMT Programs, as well as assisting with the Department’s quarterly EMS training. The position also includes performing chart reviews, conducting crew follow-ups, and assisting with or managing other training-related needs. This position is responsible for maintaining documentation and requirements to support accreditation/certifications and is expected to conduct research and review emerging EMS issues to ensure the City remains on the forefront of industry standards and best practices.
