Our new team members will be passionate about customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. Chandler Aquatics seeks a responsible, self-motivated, and organized Head Pool Manager to join our team. We seek someone with good decision-making skills regarding employee scheduling, training and coaching employees, prioritizing daily work assignments, and performing daily duties efficiently.

Because Basha serves both the general public and a large after-school population, we are seeking a candidate who is comfortable engaging with adults of all ages while also confidently interacting with children and teens. This position serves as the Person in Charge (PIC) for the building, requiring strong teen behavior-management skills, sound judgment, and a high level of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate can adapt to a dynamic, community-centered environment, support staff and volunteers across multiple initiatives, and develop meaningful programming that reflects the needs of our diverse community.

Recreation Assistant – Adult Sports Program

The ideal candidate will have experience with sports fields and facility operations, strong communication skills for interacting with league participants and coordinators, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Recreation Specialist
The City of Chandler Community Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Recreation Specialist at the Chandler Community Center. Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone who will bridge the Community Center guests with our established programming. Additionally, our employees must demonstrate excellent customer service and communicate effectively with participants, guests, coworkers, and leadership.
- Complete administrative work to support staff, such as maintaining facility schedules and updating programming calendars
- Register participants for recreation programs and complete park pavilion rental bookings
- Responsible for tracking attendance and reports
- Monitoring and setting doors to open and close for facilities
- Supervise temporary staff and their assigned duties, such as program registration and daily facility tasks
- Complete work order requests for facility equipment and maintenance issues
- Receive, verify, process payments, balance daily revenue receipts, record payments, complete deposits, and issue refunds
