Housing Rehabilitation Analyst

The City of Chandler Neighborhood Resources Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Housing Rehabilitation Analyst. Essential functions include:

• Conducts intake and eligibility assessment for potential program participants.
• Provides technical assistance and support to homeowners and occupants throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Approves individual project budgets and oversees the program budget.
• Manages the program's loan portfolio, third party loan servicer and in-house loans.
• Initiates and reviews Environmental Reviews and serves as the City's Environmental Officer.
• Conducts inspections for multiple housing programs.
• Maintains program files and performs various administrative tasks.
• Monitors the vendor contract and provides technical assistance.
