Head Swim Coach & Swim Coach Assistant

The City of Chandler Community Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Head Swim Coach and Assistant Swim Coach. Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. Chandler Aquatics is seeking a responsible, self-motivated, and organized Head Swim Coach to lead one of our four recreational swim teams. We are looking for someone with several years of swim team coaching experience and who can write swim practices for all levels. This person will also need to demonstrate team leadership and be able to coach and develop a team of coaches.
