Budget & Research Principal Analyst

The City of Chandler Management Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Budget & Research Principal Analyst. We are looking to fill an existing position within our Budget team. This person performs and leads complex work for enterprise-wide budget preparation, fiscal analysis, management systems analysis and other fiscal/managerial research duties. This role performs one or more budget/CIP functions such as preparation of financial forecasts, estimates of fund balances, costing of operating budget impacts for capital projects, preparing capital and operating budgets and analyzing revenue projections/forecasts and expenditure estimates. Someone who is detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be able to provide the high level of customer service expected from this position.
